Our Nuclear division provides expert recruitment solutions to the nuclear industry.
With our company name based on a nuclear-class submarine, it’s no surprise that our Nuclear division is at the heart of the business. Our expert consultants recruit multiple skillsets across Nuclear Energy, Research and Development, Decommissioning and Waste Management and are proud to partner with some of the UK’s leading employers to supply top talent, supporting the UK’s nuclear strategy at a watershed time in the sector’s development. Our membership to the Nuclear Industry Association, demonstrates our support of the UK’s ambition to deliver more cleaner forms of energy.
Nuclear energy is key to the UK achieving its clean, low carbon energy goals, and helping to tackle the growing threat of global warming. Statistics from the Nuclear Industry Association (NIA) show that 155,000 jobs are directly or indirectly supported by the industry. However, with a skilled but ageing workforce, there is a huge skills gap which needs to be bridged. With the development of a new generation of nuclear power plants, including small modular reactors (SMR), the number of jobs available within the industry is set to increase significantly.
